At Vbrand store, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

We offer FREE SHIPPING in continental US. Please contact us for shipping cost outside continental US.

We allow exchange/refund of items that arrive defective, we will cover the shipping cost if you contact us for a RMA and the exchange items are returned via USPS first class mail. If you are simply unhappy with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days after the item is received. All return items must be undamaged, in the same condition as you received them and in the original packaging. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once your return is received, inspected, a full refund with a deduction to cover shipping/handling cost, is going to be applied to your credit card or whatever your original payment method.
